Todd A. Juchau is a Partner in the Sacramento office of Resnick & Louis, P.C., where he represents insurers, corporate clients, and public entities in a wide range of civil litigation matters. His practice focuses on insurance defense, including automobile liability, premises liability, government defense, and commercial litigation.
Todd brings decades of litigation experience handling matters from initial case evaluation through resolution, including discovery, motion practice, arbitration, mediation, and trial. He has served as lead trial counsel on complex cases involving government entities, law enforcement, and high-exposure liability claims, and has extensive experience managing multi-county caseloads throughout Northern California. Known for his practical and strategic approach, Todd works closely with clients to assess exposure, develop effective litigation strategies, and achieve efficient case resolutions.
Prior to joining Resnick & Louis, Todd served as trial counsel for major insurance carriers and practiced at several respected firms, where he handled a broad spectrum of civil defense matters, including construction defect, employment, medical malpractice, and coverage disputes.
Todd earned his Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, and his Master of Business Administration from California State University, Sacramento.
