Tom Harrison is a Partner in the South Texas Offices including San Antonio, Houston and the Rio Grande Valley. Tom has extensive experience in personal injury defense litigation (trucking and transportation, premises, toxic tort) and employment defense (wrongful termination and union wrongful discharge).
Tom managed the national silica docket for a multi-national chemical company involving both product and premises claims. As the lead trial attorney on the docket, he coordinated the development of the client’s defense theories with law firms across the country.
Tom has tried personal injury and employment cases to juries along the Texas coast from Corpus Christi to Houston and Orange.
Tom has extensive experience in rapidly responding to the scene of accidents on chemical plants (premises and toxic tort) and trucking accidents on back roads and interstate highways.
Tom enjoys spending his personal time with his family which includes his wife Gillian, six grown children and one eight-year-old daughter, Arabella. Arabella plays soccer which is where Tom spends much of his spare time.
