Wyatt T. Kozinski is an Associate at Resnick & Louis, where he concentrates his practice in insurance defense.
Prior to joining Resnick & Louis, Wyatt served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Ralph Erickson on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, drafting more than 60 published appellate opinions in criminal and civil matters and preparing memoranda circulated to other judges.
While attending the University of Virginia School of Law, Wyatt served as Senior Technical Editor of the Virginia Journal of Social Policy & the Law. He is the author of several publications, including “Our Proudest Boast” (Tulsa Law Review), “The Reid Interrogation Technique and False Confessions: A Time for Change” (Seattle Journal for Social Justice), and “The Senate Blue-Slip Process as it Bears on Proposals to Split the Ninth Circuit” (Notre Dame Journal of Legislation).
