Mr. Davidson received his B.A. in Linguistics and History from the University of Kansas in 2008 and his J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law in 2012. In law school, Mr. Davidson finished Order of the Coif and was a member of the Southern California Law Review. He was admitted to the State Bar of California in December 2012.
Prior to joining Resnick & Louis, Mr. Davidson specialized in intellectual property litigation (patent and trademark) as well as complex commercial litigation. He also has prior practice experience in Entertainment, Right of Publicity, and Defamation Law, among other areas. His current practice areas include Environmental Law and Silicosis Defense.
Mr. Davidson has been recognized for his commitment to pro bono work, including by the Daily Journal with a California Lawyer Attorneys of the Year award in 2016 and by the University of Southern California’s Public Interest Law Foundation with a Pro Bono Attorneys of the Year award in 2015.
Mr. Davidson presently resides in Chicago, Illinois, where he enjoys exploring the city’s diverse architecture as well as its music and restaurant scenes.
He is licensed to practice law in California.
