In a premises liability matter initially valued at more than $2.7 million, diligent discovery efforts uncovered records that contradicted key claims regarding the extent and duration of the alleged injuries. Through persistent investigation, subpoena work, and careful review of school and medical records, the defense team was able to present a more accurate picture of the plaintiff’s recovery.
