As the Director of Recruiting, Amy leads the firm’s talent acquisition strategy, ensuring the recruitment of top-tier legal professionals who align with the firm’s values and commitment to excellence. With a deep understanding of the legal industry and a keen eye for identifying high-caliber talent, Amy oversees all aspects of staff and attorney hiring, from lateral recruitment to entry-level associate programs.

Amy works closely with firm leadership to develop and execute strategic hiring initiatives that support the firm’s long-term growth and practice area needs. By collaborating with partners and key decision-makers, she ensures that recruitment efforts align with the firm’s goals, culture, and client service standards.

Chelsea Kitchens is a Recruiting Specialist at Resnick & Louis, P.C., where she focuses on sourcing and connecting exceptional legal talent across the firm’s nationwide offices. With over 6 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting across corporate and federal sectors, Chelsea brings a strategic and relationship-driven approach to every search.

Prior to joining Resnick & Louis, Chelsea led recruitment initiatives for agencies and private firms, managing both high-volume and specialized searches. Her background includes executive and cleared recruiting for Top Secret/Full Scope Polygraph roles within government contracting, where she developed a strong ability to identify and engage high-caliber professionals in competitive markets.

Known for her proactive sourcing methods, candidate engagement, and commitment to excellence, Chelsea partners closely with hiring managers and leadership to ensure each placement supports the firm’s long-term success.

Outside of work, Chelsea enjoys traveling, exploring new places, and spending time with her husband and their pets—including her golden retriever, Shadow, and two cats.

Natalie Tagala is an in-house legal recruiter with five years of recruiting experience, including three years focused on the legal industry. She is responsible for attracting and hiring attorneys and legal professionals nationwide, helping support the continued growth of Resnick & Louis.

Natalie earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Kent State University, with a minor in Human Resources, where she also competed as a collegiate volleyball player.

Outside of work, Natalie enjoys spending time with her cats, golfing, and playing volleyball.

Wendy McLean is a Recruiting Specialist at Resnick & Louis, P.C. where she helps recruit and employ top talent. She was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. In 2018, Wendy graduated from the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor of Science in Business. While pursuing her degree, she also obtained her certification in Human Resources Management. In her free time, Wendy enjoys reading, art, and spending time with her family.

Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors—whether I’m hiking scenic trails or unwinding on a patio. On quieter days, you’ll find me curled up with a good book, wrapped in a cozy blanket.
