Rob Squire is the managing partner of our Florida offices. He focuses his practice on complex tort litigation, including premises liability, products liability, auto, medical malpractice, real estate & title defense, and negligent security matters. He represents national retail, restaurant, and hospitality clients, as well as manufacturers in diverse matters. Rob represents clients nationwide and has significant experience in handling matters in federal and state courts, both at the trial and appellate levels. Rob works with several MGA’s, underwriters, and Lloyd’s syndicates on matters including insurance defense, construction defect, and premises liability.
Rob has handled logistics providers in bodily injury and cargo loss litigation, including large clients such as Macy’s, JcPenney’s, CEC Entertainment, Saks 5th Avenue, and Uber. Rob has provided full-service solutions for issues that affect consignees confronted with the many challenges of delivering, transporting, storing, and receiving freight and commercial goods. Rob has helped business entities obtain tax and insurance benefits, liability protection, transportation operational efficiencies, and regulatory compliance.
Rob was listed in the Super Lawyers Magazine in 2013-2017 as a “Rising Star” in Personal Injury General Litigation: Defense. Rob has also published several works and lectures throughout the country. He was recently published in the ABA’s “From the Trenches Tips and Strategies from the Nations’ Top 21 Trial Lawyers.”
