Resnick & Louis is giving third year law students and recent law graduates an opportunity to learn and master the insurance defense field from senior level attorneys.

Expectations

Law clerk positions are available in the Ontario, Las Vegas and Scottsdale Office. Each law clerk will be assigned to an attorney and assist them on a variety of matters. Some of the areas of practice include, but are not limited to construction defect litigation, bodily injury, insurance defense, and medical malpractice.

Law clerks

Assist the Attorneys in our Las Vegas office. Specific duties and responsibilities of the role include assisting attorneys in all areas of discovery and litigation, attending depositions/cross-examinations, taking notes/writing summaries, legal research, drafting petitions, and other assigned or guided tasks as may be needed to support attorneys and other legal staff.

Training Sessions

The Law Clerk Program includes monthly law clerk training sessions. Each session focuses on a different insurance law topic. The goal of these sessions is to provide continued learning for law clerks that will help in their daily research and writing tasks.
